2. The appellant apprehends his arrest in Barh P.S. Case No. 523 of 2021 (Special Case No. 16/2022) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act pending in the Court of learned Exclusive SC/ST Court, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.244 of 2024(4) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 as withdrawn. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
