2. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner earlier filed a petition for quashing of the said order which was dismissed by coordinate Bench of this Court on 3rd of July, 2014.

3. In view of the fact that the challenge to the order dated 30th of April, 2014 has remained unsuccessful in a petition earlier filed by the petitioner (Cr. Misc. No. 22771 of 2014, Binod

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.905 of 2016 dt.28-09-2016 2/2 Kumar Singh Vs. The State of Bihar), therefore, with change of title, the petitioner cannot be permitted to invoke the jurisdiction of another Bench of the same Court.

4. The present writ application is, thus, not maintainable. The same is dismissed.
