The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 10315 of 2019 arising out of Bypass P.S. P.R. No. 232 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 38 ltrs of tody was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
