The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2012 registered under Sections 324, 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the First Information Report, it is alleged that five persons named along with others sort fire upon the informant causing injury to Deno Paswan and Gyatri Kumari and Gyatri Kumari succumbed to injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of firing against the five persons including the petitioner and out of six accused persons, three accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 32240 of 2012 dated 08.10.2012 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
