Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, this court is of the prima facie opinion that if a proportionate amount of fund is not provided, the people of the concerned area is likely to suffer. While this court was willing to direct the Zila Parishad to keep reserved a proportionate fund, Mr. Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Patna comes with an offer that even as on today if the petitioner submits a proposal as required, the Zila Parishad shall consider the same and will ensure that the people of the concerned area should get benefit of the proportionate funds as have been provided to other areas.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would submit a proposal within a week. In view of a reasonable stand taken on behalf the Zila Parishad, Patna and the assurance given to this court that the same will be considered and a proportionate fund shall be made available to the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.
