The Writ petition is filed to quash the letters dated 29.11.2016 and 10.07.2016 issued by the Chief Area Manger, IOCL, Marketing Division, Indane Area Office, Patna, and further for issuance of a letter of appointment in favour of the petitioner on the nonest ground that the demand of Nazri Map is in utter violation of the advertisement as well as the provisions of RGGLV Brochure.

2. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondent.

3. A detailed counter affidavit was filed by the Learned counsel for the respondent. The contents of the counter affidavit disclose that grievance of the petitioner was redressed in the year 2018 itself. The details of counter affidavit further disclose that after selection, one Sanjay Kumar made a complaint before the respondent authorities against the land offered by the petitioner, and the said complaint was investigated by the competent authority of the Corporation. Upon completion of the formalities, a letter of appointment was issued in favour of the petitioner, and distributorship of M/s Aditya Indane Gramin Vitrak, Pachrukhi, Siwan, in open category, was commissioned on 02.11.2018 by the petitioner and his wife Ms. Anu Shah as partners. The distributorship agreement dated 24.10.2018 was also executed between IOCL and M/s. Aditya Indane Gramine Vitrak.

4. In view of the contents of the counter affidavit, nothing remains to adjudicate in the matter. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed. (G. Anupama Chakravarthy, J) Amandeep/- U
