Case No.764/2019 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 IPC was added.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation and on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that having similar co-accused has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.749 of 2019. There is nothing against the petitioner except the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2019.
