The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern neither with the seized Tempo nor with the alleged liquor.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2573 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
