Patna High Court CWJC No.3522 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 case, the present CWJC is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The petitioner is directed to make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 3, i.e, the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the same shall consider in accordance with law. The authority shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons either for accepting or rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation from the petitioner.

2. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
