Petitioner is accused in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered under Sections 188, 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.11.2019.
