Taking into consideration that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08-08-2014 on the accusation that he was caught at spot while he was making attempt to steal the motorcycle of the informant, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
