The petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 308 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25 (1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 03.10.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for about seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 308 of 2014.
