2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to install the proposed electric pole for 33000 electric line beyond 15 to 20 meters south from the present proposed place for the safety of old age homes and hospital running there for the care of old age persons and various social activities running at the said old age homes under the trust of 'Brmha Vidya Vihangam Yoga Ashram'; and for connected reliefs
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it will suffice if the respondents are directed to take decision in the matter as the petitioners have already filed several representations before the concerned authorities but to no avail. In such event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents appear and have been filed.
5. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Project Executive Engineer, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Sitamarhi (Respondent No. 4) to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 19.01.2018 (Annexure-3), if the same is still pending before him, after
