JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 19-09-2014 and it appears that the informant of this case has received simple injury. No doubt, there is criminal antecedent of both the petitioners but taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioners as well as their period of detention, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
