The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor anything has been recovered from his possession and it appears that except some call details and confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur in Patepur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013.
