In view of the fact that examination of Intermediate has already begun from 10th of January, 2020 now the petitioner cannot be allowed to appear in the examination on account of her fault or on account of fault of the Headmaster of the school who could not transmit the examination form to Bihar School Examination Board on time.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
