The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 377 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The petitioner is alleged to have committed unnatural offence with the informant along with the other accused persons. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8185 of 2015 (4) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the trial is not concluded the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly before the court below.
