Mr. Additional Advocate General (13) Mr. Arvind Kumar (Spl. P.P. Vigilance) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 16-02-2024 The petitioner is aggrieved with the collusive action of the 5th Respondent giving undue benefits to the 6th Respondent. The petitioner admits that on the representation of the petitioner a committee was constituted as per Annexure-2. It is also alleged in the writ petition that the committee is favouring the 6th respondent and has not acted upon its terms of constitution despite a hearing granted to the petitioner. However,
