The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 351/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner has tried to outrage the modesty of the prosecutrix. There is delay of 16 days in filing the case. The petitioner is in jail since 20.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
