2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and U/s 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who got married to the deceased in December, 2021. The deceased has been killed in the month of April, 2023.

4. In the F.I.R. itself a number of anti-mortem injuries are mentioned which have been found on the dead body of the deceased.

5. Considering the fact that the deceased has been killed by the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, I
