2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 307, 386, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier, vide order dated 18.04.2025, a report was called for from the learned trial court, which has been received and kept at flag 'M' and from perusal whereof, it appears that charge has already been framed and case is pending for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
