JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that a prayer is being now made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this application stating that all the retirement benefit had already been paid to the petitioner in the year 2011, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with a stern warning to the petitioner to be very careful in future while making a statement before any court which is false. Had the respondents in this case been not vigilant to make this Court aware that her entire retirement benefit had already been paid way back in 2011, probably she could have kept on agitating such frivolous grievance in respect of payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5928 of 2015 (4) dt.14-07-2015 retirement benefit, which infact had already been paid to her. With the aforementioned observation, this application is dismissed, as withdrawn.
