Petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 06.12.2014 in a case registered under section 304B and 120B /34 of the Indian Penal Code. The photo stat copy of post mortem report of the deceased has been annexed to this petition as Annexure-3 and it appears that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and the doctor could not ascertain the cause of death of the deceased and viscera was kept preserved.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8255 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014.
