2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing dacoity. Petitioner is accused in seven more cases of similar and serious nature which includes the case of loot and dacoity. Petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2023.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though some co-accused have been granted bail.
