The petitioner seeks bail in Nauhatta P.S.Case No. 45 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the IPC. The informant alleged that all the nine accused persons came armed with weapons and assaulted him, his son and wife causing injuries.

It is submitted that on account of land dispute, this case has been lodged. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner, who is in jail since 30.9.2014 and as such has already remained in jail for more than 7 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S.Case No.45 of 2014. .
