Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, he along with others, was caught by the police and one stolen air ticket is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and, moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 06-02-2016.
