The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for committing robbery of his motorcycle on highway. It is submitted that name of the petitioner figured in the subsequent statement of the informant. The informant disclosed the name of Ravi Ranjan Kumar and the petitioner. Ravi Ranjan Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6583/2015. The petitioner was not put on T.I.P. although the informant claimed to identify the accused persons at the time of lodging of the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
