The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant, but the petitioner was apprehended. It is submitted that the petitioner has fallen in love with the daughter of the informant. The petitioner got love letter from the daughter of the informant and he only entered into the room of the daughter of the informant, but no attempt of rape was made and for that the petitioner is in jail for three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6115 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sakun Kumar Manjhi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.175 of 2014.
