JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be informant and there is allegation of causing her death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact she has committed suicide by consuming poison and she was taken to the hospital but she died, while taking to hospital and considering the same the dead body of the deceased was disposed of. He has been in judicial custody since 23.04.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
