1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-22 for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University.

2. The case has been listed based on the mentioning made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that at Para-7 inadvertently, instead of the word 'pension' the word 'salary' has been recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application was disposed off by an

Patna High Court CWJC No.1348 of 2025(3) dt.19-02-2026 2/3 order dated 13.02.2025. It is next submitted that petitioner had retired in the Year 2019 and was aggrieved by the fact that the State Pay Verification Cell unilaterally had scaled down his salary without giving him any opportunity of hearing on account of which, his pension also got reduced, but then, the order passed by the State Pay Verification Cell was set aside and the matter was remanded back and it was recorded in the order dated 13.02.2025 at Para-7 that:- "It goes without saying that the petitioner would be entitled to the salary which he was getting prior to the issuance of the pay verification certificate until and unless a decision in accordance with law is not taken."

4. It is submitted that the word 'salary' was recorded instead of pension, as such, it is prayed that at Para-7, the word 'pension be read instead of salary.

5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the University do not oppose the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, Para-7 of the order dated 13.02.2025 is modified to the extent that the word 'salary' be read as pension.
