ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Mahesi P.S. case No.84 of 2014 (Trial No.7501 of 2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Shri Rajeev Kumar IVth, Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari.

Considering that the Petitioner was roaming around with arms while he was on bail in the earlier case and he has thus misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
