JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Petitioner is given liberty to appear before the authority and explain the infirmity in the calculation and re-fixation of the pay-scale which resulted in deduction of a sum of Rs. 88,630/-. If the petitioner succeeds in explaining the anomaly, the rectification will be done or else the decision for deduction will stand for the reason that such a fixation of pay had not been done by the competent department. Besides it was only a conditional fixation subject to verification, correction or rectification for which petitioner can not raise objection now. Writ Application stands disposed off.
