In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bausi (Bounsi) P.S. Case No.105 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the victim on his head by farsa causing injuries- 3" x 1/2" x scalp deep on head.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
