JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,354,376,511,447,504,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Referring to the contents of the First Information Report, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is absolutely false and as a matter of fact, the informant's was caught red handed by the petitioner in the Maize field, while she was found stealing maize crops.

In view of the nature of allegation, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
