It appears that vide order dated 25.05.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail and both, the petitioner and the informant were directed to appear in person on next date of hearing. On appearance of both the parties, the matter was sent to the Medication Centre of the Patna High Court.

The report of the Mediator is kept at Flag-A

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2355 of 2022(9) dt.17-01-2023 2/3 which suggests that the matter has been resolved between the parties through the process of mediation and both sides mutually agreed to part ways. The petitioner agreed to pay Rs. 2,50,000/- to the informant as full and final settlement. Both parties also mutually agreed to withdraw the cases filed against each other. Today, both learned counsel for the petitioner and informant have entered their appearance.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already paid Rs. 2,50,000/- to the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not controvert the version of the petitioner and also submit that informant has received Rs. 2,50,000/- to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the matter has been resolved through the process of mediation and the informant now has no grievance against the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2355 of 2022(9) dt.17-01-2023 3/3 dated 25.05.2022 is hereby confirmed.
