Referring to a report submitted by S.H.O., Surajgarha Police Station, Mr. Iqbal Asif Niazi submits that now the parties have resolved their disputes and peace exists on the land in question.
Mr. Dronacharya, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also received instruction that presently peace exists.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application has become infructuous. It is being disposed of accordingly.
