Petitioners are accused in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 10.11.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.557 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019.
