It appears that substitution application was filed for substitution of the deceased sole appellant. The said substitution application being I.A. No.302 of 2004 has already been rejected. Nobody is there on behalf of the appellant now.

Some of the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant were minor respondent Nos.4 to 7. However, the appeal has already been dismissed against the aforesaid respondent No.4 to 7. Now, there is no appellant before this Court challenging the impugned Judgment and decree.
