This is repeat application seeking regular bail. Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has remained in custody in connection with this case since 31.10.2012. However, from the records, it appears that he is involved in few other criminal cases. It is submitted that at least in one case the petitioner has not till date been released on bail. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application enabling him to file such application for bail once the
