The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to pay salary, which has not been paid since 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed validly as Panchayat Teacher. It has come on record in different cases that more than one lakh Teachers Folio are missing and that is the reason the Vigilance has not been able to complete the enquiry.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1605 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Court directs the petitioner to submit the entire documents with regard to his appointment and his continuity in service within a fortnight from today before the Director, Primary Education, who shall cause an enquiry and after enquiry he shall take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner within a further period of two months from the date of filing of entire relevant documents to facilitate the Director, Primary Education to verify the service record of the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
