The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.11.2019/13.11.2019 passed by learned Sessions -cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur, in NCB 12 of 2019, by which the learned Judge has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 27 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act against the petitioner.

The petitioner is the driver of an oil tanker, from which 660 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 11.11.2019/13.11.2019 taking cognizance under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 27 and 29 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12428 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 the N.D.P.S. Act against the petitioner is made out. Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
