It is a third time, the petitioner is making prayer for bail.

From the report dated 31st March 2015 submitted by Additional District and Sessions Judge-IX, East Champaran, Motihari it appears that five witnesses have already been examined.

In such view of the mater, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the trial without any further delay within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the Superintendent of Police, Motihari is also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8215 of 2015 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 directed to ensure the production of prosecution witnesses including the official witnesses without any delay.
