The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.06.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has been from the joint family house. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is made accused in one another case also.

Learned APP submits that recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

No.6671 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai (Beta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2018.
