JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.07.2014 in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and in post-mortem examination no visible external injury was found on the person of the deceased. Furthermore, no overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
