2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- I. For directing the respondents to cancel the selection of respondent no.7 as Anganbari Sevika for Panchayat-Pali, Ward No.3, Villlage-Pali and appoint the petitioner in place of her.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that by the present writ petition, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10647 of 2018(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 prayer has been made for cancellation of the selection of respondent no.7 as Anganbari Sevika. Counsel further submits that according to the then guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika, there are statutory remedy available at two levels, but none of the remedy has been exhausted by the petitioner.

4. As such, the present writ petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner that she may avail her remedy before the appropriate forum in the light of the then guidelines. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
