JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence his prayer for bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013 stands rejected.
It appears that the case of the petitioner is still pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua and accordingly, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of Sessions in accordance with law within four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12123 of 2015 (4) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order and after that, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
