JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No. 900 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272 and 273 IPC and Section 30(a), 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.11.2019. Petitioner was passenger of the vehicle from which liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.607 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No. 900 of 2019.
