Petitioner namely Shankar Tanti seeks regular bail in connection with Mallehpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased was married with Shambhu Tanti on 10.10.2014. It is submitted that petitioner is agnates of the husband of the deceased. Name of the petitioner figured in the First Information Report, but, no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with family of Shambhu Tanti.

Under similarly situated circumstance, other accused persons namely Kumod Tanti, Binod

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8147 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 Tanti and Geno Tanti have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 27.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3497/2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Mallehpur P.S.
