In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 25(A-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The Police on secret information, has raided the house of petitioner Mannu Singh @ Banaria and the house of Yogendra Singh and looking to the police they started fleeing away, but one person was caught who has disclosed his name Yogendra Singh and the present petitioner fled away from there. The police has recovered one cartridge from the house of Yogendra Singh. The petitioner has criminal history. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2724 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order, will take decision in accordance with law.
