SANJAY(ASG) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 322 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that the alleged Ganja was not recovered from the house of the petitioner rather it was recovered from behind the house of the petitioner in the land of Shanti Singh. Petitioner was granted provisional bail earlier for treatment of his wife. His wife has died and as such there is no one to lookafter his daughter. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2014.
